Leadership Program

This program is for leaders ready to lead differently. THis not just what you do. It’s who you are — and how well you can sustain it.One Connection’s Leadership Program empowers professionals to become decisive, compassionate leaders while protecting the wellbeing that makes great leadership possible in the first place. You may be in the right place if you are:

The High Performer Under Pressure
You have built something impressive. The results speak for themselves. But the pressure to keep performing has started to cost you more than you want to admit — in your health, your relationships, your sense of self outside of what you produce. You need support that understands the real stakes of your role and meets you where the performance reviews never go.

The Leader in Transition
Transitions at the leadership level are some of the most disorienting professional experiences a person can have — and most organizations offer no real support for navigating them well. You are expected to hit the ground running while privately finding your footing. One Connection walks with you through that gap between who you were and who this next chapter requires you to become

The Leader Navigating Personal Crisis Grief.
Relationship challenges. Health concerns. Personal trauma. Life does not pause for leadership responsibilities, and the pressure to appear unaffected while privately struggling is one of the heaviest burdens a leader can carry. You are not required to perform wellness you do not feel. One Connection provides the confidential, clinically grounded space to process what you are carrying — so it stops leaking into everything else.

The Executive Who Has Lost Their Edge
Not burned out exactly. But not sharp either. The clarity, the conviction, the energy that once came naturally — they have become harder to access. You are still showing up. Still performing. But something is different and you know it. You do not need more rest. You need a real reset — one that goes deeper than a vacation and gets to the root of what has shifted. That is exactly what One Connection does.

The People Leader Carrying Their Team HR directors.
People managers. Operations leaders. You spend your entire professional life thinking about other people’s wellbeing — recruiting them, developing them, supporting them through challenges that never show up in a job description. And you are often the last person anyone thinks to check on. This program was built for you too. Not just as a professional resource for your team. As support for you personally — because you matter too.

Team Wellness Program

The real reason teams struggle is rarely a skills gap. It’s almost always a connection gap. When teams underperform, most organizations look at systems, processes, and strategy. They restructure. They retrain. They bring in new tools. But the real issue is almost never what the team is doing. It’s how the team is being — with each other, under pressure, through conflict, across difference.

The meeting where nobody says what they’re actually thinking. The feedback that never gets given because the relationship can’t hold it. The team member who has been disengaging for months while everyone pretends not to notice. The conflict that keeps surfacing in different forms because the root was never addressed.

These are not performance problems. They are human problems. And they require human solutions.

One Connection’s Team Wellness program addresses the relational and emotional foundation that every high-performing team is built on — giving your people the power skills to show up fully, communicate honestly, and work through challenge without fracturing.

DUI School

The DUI School is located in Nashville, TN and serves adults who want to better understand and reduce their risk around alcohol and drug use. While the curriculum is especially relevant for individuals with legal or policy violations—such as impaired driving, possession, or workplace policy violations—it is appropriate for anyone seeking change. The program focuses on how attitudes, beliefs, and decision-making impact risk. Participants complete a guided self-assessment to increase awareness of their values, risk factors, and protective factors, and to develop a clearer understanding of how to prevent future alcohol- or drug-related problems.
